Sorry for the lack of posts lately. it's been a bumpy month: knee injury, college closure announcement leading to pending job loss, foot injury on top of the knee injury.
Today I suddenly caught myself singing "Have yourself a merry little Christmas" while bilking home from the gym in the season's first snow fall. It's nice to be happy once in awhile.
