Regarding physical therapy- Ever hear of a product called Back On Track? http://www.backontrackproducts.com I own a couple of equestrian stores and have used their product on horses for many years - with enormous success. BOT now makes products for (us!) I run and have had injuries/sprains, this product works well with physical therapy. Good luck towards a speedy recovery! Jason
