For those who have been following the diet saga, I am sure you'll be enthralled to find out I'm back on chicken vegetable soup and nothing but chicken vegetable soup for the next week. We took measurements at the gym today. Let's just say while chest and shoulder size increased so has my body fat percentage. Oh well I know where it came from and I know hope to get rid of it, it's just the doing of such that doesn't provide much in the line of joy.

But it actually looks kind of good in that photo.
Actually after all the rich eating during the holidays it's kind of nice to get back to soemnthing so simple.
And convenient! One afternoon of simmering and I've got all my meals for the enxt four days prepackaged in tupperware and ready to go!
I admire your willpower. I think after just ONE day of nothing but soup (and I love me some soup), I'd be having wet dreams about bread.
It's more vanity than willpower. I need to rev my metabolism up. A good friend of mine who was using the same trainer/dietician claimed she was beginning to dream of carbs after being on the soup regime for an entire month! However she did drop 15 pounds and went down two waist sizes!
OH that soup looks awesome! I was just thinking of a 'soup for dinner' spree this weekend. But homemade trumps anything from a can. Good luck with the dieting!
