Darling, apropos of nothing here, I saw in your comments over on Night is Half Gone your recommendation of the Gone Away Lake books. Ooh, ooh, I LOVED Gone Away Lake. How they appealed to my baby fag sensibilities. I wanted a rundown Victorian to redecorate and find hidden jewels in. Come to think of it, I still do.
