 Our last mystery woman was none other than Donna Douglas, best known for her role as:

 

Ellie Mae Clampett on the Beverly Hillbillies

 A turn starring with Elvis in Frankie & Johnny

And my personal favorite role as patient Janet Tyler(after the bandages came off, the part was split with actress Maxine Stuart playing under the bandages) in the Twilight Zone episode "Eye of the Beholder"

Best know as a blonde, no one seemed to connect the actress with being a brunette.

Well our mystery Indian maid tuned out to be none other than Tallulah Bankhead. the original photo is from when she appeared in the London stage production of The Dancers (1923)

Our last mystery photo was an early publicity shot of Vivian Vance (Vivian Roberta Jones). long time gal pal and side kick of Lucy Ricardo, nee Lucille Ball.

She had popped into my head as I was thinning out my book collection and recently sold my copy of her biography : The other side of Ethel Mertz.

We had no correct answers(or guesses for that matter!) as to who our mystery baby was The little cherub grew up to be none other than the lovely Mae West...

I'd just finished "She Always Knew How: Mae West, a Personal Biography" (quote: I was never vulgar. The word for me was suggestive.") So she'd naturally been on my mind....
