While I'm grateful for the bump in fortune, I can't help but feel trapped in my current home.
I can see this house from my kitchen window. Its currently up for sale and I've always been rather fond of it. I am a sucker for a gambrel roof. It needs updating but listing at $579,000 where am I going to get that kind f money even f I sell my own home for such?
And since you all also know I'm a sucker for floor plans....
