If only it were that easy Raniette! One serving of soup, composed solely of chicken breast, green vegetables and broth every three hours for all meals throughout the day.

oh for the breakfast, i'm not sure....

Alas, for EVERY meal. It gets very tiresome, although reheating soup in the microwave takes less time than scrambling egg whites so I get to sleep a bit later as recompense.
