Mass Consumption


Yogurt, quinoa and broccoli, Chicken breast, brown rice and Arugula salad, black eyed peas and green peppers, string cheeseand cucumber. Prefaced by egg whites and oatmeal for breakfast, augmented by whey protein shakes after each workout(a.m & p.m.) and to be followed by beef and spinach as the final meal this evening
